Outdoor Adventures in the Highlands for all
Highland Outdoor Adventures offer a number of different stand up paddleboarding (SUP) expeditions in the Cairngorms & Scotland – even crossing the country from one side to the other! We offer expeditions on lochs, rivers and sea or even a combination them. The Spey Descent is on a grade 2 river suitable for all as the start has some excellent areas to coach beginners.
The SUP Across Scotland trip takes the Great Glen Way Fault line from Fort William all the way to Inverness combining lochs, canals and (levels depending) two different rivers as well. If the coast is more to your fancy, then we offer expeditions around Arisaig as well, where you could see seals, otters, white-tailed eagles and more while paddling – marvelling at the magical skerries, crystal clear water and white-sand beaches in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
We are proud to be the only Scottish company to use HALA paddleboards – the best in the market – in order to give you the most enjoyable experience … if you’ve ever been on another paddleboard you’ll feel the difference straight away! We also provide all the camping equipment like tents, roll mats, sleeping bags, stoves as well as all the technical equipment like wetsuits, buoyancy aids, leashes, paddles, wetsuit shoes, etc. that you’ll need.
